MdB Voice Assist handles real PSTN calls via Telnyx. Inbound calls reach the assistant the moment they connect. Outbound calls can be triggered via a simple API request with a destination number and optional system prompt.
The audio pipeline runs bidirectionally over WebSocket in real time. Every call is logged with timestamps, duration, and the full conversation transcript — stored locally, not in any third-party system.
